Buyer claimed he didnt receive all the parts, so requested a refund, and shipped back an empty box
I shipped him a box of 100 connectors, and then contacted me that it was short by 8 connectors, and although the boxes were sealed, I sent him 8 more connectors anyway. He then requested a refund even though he had received all the parts ( and probably more).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this? It's clear this user is scamming the system to get a $100 in parts. However eBay by default takes the side of the buyer and refunded the money. I let them know he shipped an empty box.
