Buyer Claimed a item was damaged
Hello i had a buyer claim a item was damaged they sent a picture of item claim it had bleach mark on it but item looked a totally differnt color but i still issued a refund but they never returned item and left negative feedback and ebay closed ticket how do i now resolve this and at least get negative feedback removed i feel i been swindled

If you wanted the item returned … then you should NOT have issued a refund. You should have sent the buyer a return shipping label … and waited for the item to be delivered back to you before refunding.
Once a seller issues a refund … the buyer loses access to the shipping label. They receive an email from eBay telling them that they can do whatever they want with the item.
I’m very sorry this happened, but you handled the return incorrectly. You may still be able to get your item returned by contacting the buyer and asking if they are willing to return it if you provide the funds.
As for the negative feedback, I see what you mean by the color being different … brown versus blue. You can try contacting ezBay on social media, such as Facebook. They have the more knowledgeable/ helpful reps.
