Buyer claim issues
Buy a purchases item 40 Days later he tells me that it does not working properly it was working properly when I used it I shipped it to him he received it February 8th 2023 I offered to pitch in on repairs honestly I believe he could be pulling a fast one because he says that he's had several machines maybe he's popping parts I don't know what to do

If they have filed, accept the return and provide a return shipping label.
If they haven't filed for a return, tell them to return for a refund.
