buyer chose cheaper shipping that I can't purchase
I'm selling a magazine that I probably didn't list correctly, and Ebay won't let me ship with USPS Media mail. It was sold and the buyer chose USPS Large envelope mail for $3.95 and the lowest I can send is $5.65. How can I change my shipping options after a sale?

Just to add that magazines cannot ship via Media Mail. If you have others listed, you will need to revise the listings to ship via Ground Advantage.
Also, the Buyer can only chose the shipping methods the Seller puts in the listing.

You are most welcome.

Mentor8 months agoYou can still ship using large envelope, but you will have to use stamps or pay at the post office. ebay does not print labels unless the method of shipping includes tracking, and large envelope does not. Therefore, if you ship this method, and the buyer files an Item Not Received, you will end up fully refunding because you have no tracking number to prove delivery. If you want tracking, you can change the shipping method to ground advantage when you go to print the shipping label.
