Buyer changes shipping address after label is paid for
I ended canceling the order and requesting a refund on my shipping label. But just seems like it cost me upfront to return the shipping cost she paid because shipping label hasn’t refunded yet. She sent me messages to ship package to a totally different state . I told her we had to cancel order and she can repurchase when she updates her address. Is there anything else I could of done?
