Buyer changes address after paying
I asked her to cancel, update her address on her acct then repurchase as offered as a solution in help. No response. How can I ship to her new address? I can’t cancel for an address problem anymore, right?

Mentor3 years agoBuyers cannot cancel orders, only sellers can. Yes, you can cancel using the reason that there is an issue with the buyer's address.
