Buyer changed shipping address after purchase
Had a buyer message me with an address different than the one on file with ebay. I cancelled the transaction, and refunded his payment.
Do i need to report the buyer to Ebay as well?
Any information or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
