Buyer changed mind on purchase.
I have not mailed the item and sent a message to void the shipping label. eBay want the seller (me) to pay for the shipping but it hasn't been shipped.
How can I handle this?

Mentor1 year agoFirst you need to cancel the purchase so eBay does not keep asking you to ship and could ding your account for not doing so. Then you need to cancel the shipping label. Once you cancel the label the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. Once the shipping carrier allows the refund you will be notified and the refund will be available as a payout.
