Buyer changed address EBay charged me for just printing label.

Question

Help! I got a 33 dollar charge for printing a label. The buyer came back and told me to ship to a different address. What do I do! Iâ€™m stuck with the fee for being proactive and printing a shipping label.

You are required to ship to the address that was provided to you by Ebay.

If you ship elsewhere, you lose your seller protection.

If you have confirmed that it is your actual buyer making the request, you can ask them if they want to cancel the transaction so you can cancel the transaction at buyer's request and relist in order for the buyer to repurchase the item.

You can then cancel the Ebay shipping label:
