Ebay has been cracking down on Buyers sending a message after they pay to change their address due to fraud. If a Seller doesn't ship to the exact address in the Order Details, that Seller loses their eBay protection if the Buyer claims it wasn't received.
The recommendation is to let the Buyer know that eBay does not allow Sellers to change an address.
If they want to cancel, you can then void the label. The refund will appear in approximately 21 days.
