Buyer case against seller
How does a seller respond to a case brought against them by a buyer. I can not find anywhere to be able to submit my side of the story which I believe would have a bearing on the case.

Mentor5 months agoWhat kind of case did the buyer file....a refund request or a return request?
If it is a refund request due to item not received, you respond with the tracking number that proves delivery.
If it is a return request with a valid reason per the Money Back Guarantee, you approve the return request and provide a prepaid shipping label then refund the buyer when you receive the returned item.
