Buyer can't return the item but is unhappy with how it fits
My buyer purchased a bracelet and says it it too big and she doesn't like how it fits. All of the bracelet's measurements were pictured and clearly written out in the description. She also claims that she is disabled and does not have a printer to be able to return the bracelet and is hoping we can "work something out" instead of her just filing for a return. What should I do in this situation? Thank you!

Mentor2 years agoHi @fancylikeiva77 A lot of buyers don't have printers. You can send her a QR code. It's an option on the return labels feature. Then all she has to do is take the QR code on her phone to the post office and the post office staff will print out the return shipping label for her. Good luck!

I don't trust her. I think she's fishing for a partial refund. Not having a printer is not a valid reason in this day and age. I don't have a printer either, but they've got them at the public library (cheap; 10¢ per page at my library) and they're got them you can use when you rent a computer at FedEx (not cheap).
