Buyer can't purchase with a PO box address.

Question

I've got a problem that a buyer can't buy my item. She keeps getting a message that I don't ship to a PO box, but I do. I checked all of my settings within my business policies and she's still getting the message. I even created a new policy with no restrictions and still the same problem. I've shipped to PO boxes before and I haven't changed anything. Totally lost on this.

Yes, i seen that but in the business policy the box is not checked to block PO boxes. Somehow it's adding that exclusions.

@pennsy-deals I looked at a couple of your most recent listings and PO Boxes were excluded.
