Buyer can't purchase more than one item
Buyer getting this message when trying to buy multiples of the same item
The seller only allows buyers to purchase every 10 days
How do I fix this

Go to this page in your account and check the block settings ... it sounds like yours is set for 1 item for Buyers in the last 10 days ... you can increase that number via the drop-down value menu: Buyer management | eBay
