·2 years agoThere are many possible reasons why a potential buyer is unable to make an offer. We'd need a lot more information to narrow it down, such as:
Are you the buyer or the seller?
Is there still a button to make an offer on the listing?
If you are getting an error message when you try to use the button or another link (e.g. in a message about an offer from the seller) what exactly does the error message say?
What is the item number?
How many offers have you/buyer made on that listing?
