buyer can't place bid

A buyer sent me this message "I tried to BUY IT NOW but the newly AI generated ebay says "THE SELLER ONLY ALLOWS BUYERS TO PURCHASE 1 ITEM EVERY 10 DAYS". Any help out there ?

Check your Buyer Requirements to see if you have set things up to block purchases from buyers that have already purchased from you within ten days.
