If the buyer is not going to pick up the item you will need to cancel the sale, then list again.
Go to your sold/orders page and in the drop down menu is the option to cancel the order. If the buyer paid it will refund them, if they have not and the option to cancel using the reason buyer did not pay is available then choose that. If they did pay or you can't cancel for non-payment use problem with buyer's address as the reason. You will not receive a defect for canceling with either reason.
Once canceled go to your canceled orders and in the drop down menu is the option to sell similar, this will open an exact copy of the original you can make changes to, if you want, and list.
