Buyer cant find record of partial refund
i issued partial refund for shipping discount , ive noticed no customer seems to take notice that i tend to refund if shipping is over paid. i would think they would get a message from ebay as it concerns their finances. so i notified a customer when i issued it and asked thenm to let me know if they dont see it, its been a few days and they dont see it. What now?
