Buyer can't accept multiple offers?

Question

I have a buyer interested in 5 items in which I sent and offer for (five different offers).

In the buyers own words - "Hi I tried to accept the offer but the system doesnâ€™t allow me to accept multiple offers from you."

Any idea what's going on?

There is a setting in the "Buyer Requirements" that can limit the number of items a buyer can purchase in xx days.

Turn off "Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought x items in the last 10 days"
