Buyer cannot process payment.
When the buyer tried to pay. It says I do. Or ship to that area message. I don’t know how to even set that up. What do we do.

You have an error in the shipping details, so ebay cannot calculate the shipping from your zip code to the buyer's zip code. Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the 3 dots, click Send Invoice and send an invoice to your buyer with the shipping price.
