Buyer cancels order, order details shows cancellation iscustomer requested which is completely false

I wanted to report this to ebay, but see no way to do so. Is there a way to do so and does ebay really care?

If I understand correctly YOU are the buyer and the seller lied and said that you requested a cancelation.

You can report the seller this way>

https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 Suspicious seller activity> other

Then say in the box that the seller lied and said the buyer requested to cancel the sale to avoid a Defect on their account for an out of stock cancelation.

You could include the item number

Don't say more as AI reads these on the first go around.
