Buyer cancelling a paid for utem and re-listing it for a higher price
I bought and paid, through Paypal, for an item and the seller cancelled it saying there was a problem with “buyers addressâ€. I received another order for a different seller just fine yesterday. Seller then relisted the same item at a higher price the next day. Can I report this seller somewhere??
