Buyer cancelled the payment after the item was shipped

Hello All,

In 2018, I sold a Dave Clark Aviation Headset. The buyer cancelled the payment after I had already mailed the item. At the time, I was not aware that there was a way to negatively report the seller. Is there a way that I can get them to pay now, all of these years later?
