Buyer cancelled same day item was shipped
What is the protocol when the buyer cancelled a purchase on the same day the item was shipped out via USPS. The EBay website is asking me to cancel the item and refund the buyer while the item is on its was to the buyer via USPS - thank you

Mentor5 months ago@1641gordon Decline the cancelation. Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel, the seller can accept or decline.
When the buyer receives the item if they file a return request I recommend accepting it.
Otherwise a buyer can make something up and file a chargeback with their payment method.
