Buyer cancelled order, now I owe more than the item's worth?
Hello,
So. I sold an item for $230, but because of promotions and what not I received $170.
The buyer decided to cancel the order because "he made a mistake" to which I agreed but the funds were already in my bank.
Now, eBay is charging the whole transaction on me. Instead of me refunding $170, they have my funds on hold for -$230.
What should I do? That is completely ridiculous.

The fee's you paid Ebay, will be refunded as long as Ebay doesn't get involved.
