Buyer cancelled order before I paid
I hope someone can help me. I now have restrictions on my account for 2 non payments to sellers. The first I agree with due to illness I was unable to use my computer and do not possess a smart phone only a basic nokia so no notifications. the second I am angry about as the seller agreed to combined postage before I made a bid on any of the items. Although I repeatedly requested a revised invoice to include the combined postage in order to pay the total i was completely ignored and the buyer then cancelled my order due to non payment. Can anyone suggest what I should do please because I am now restricted from bidding on anything
