Buyer cancelled order b/c their kid messed up
the buyer cancelled the order without telling me after the auction closed. They requested a refund and sent me a message that said their son messed up and they weren’t sending me the card I won in their auction. I’m kind of new to buying sports cards on ebay, but this seemed pretty shady. Is there anything I can do other than leave bad feedback? Is this very common?

Mentor2 years agoAt one point it appeared you were the seller, and then later, you appeared to be the buyer.
What reason did the seller give for cancelling the transaction? If he stated Out of stock, then a defect was recorded on his account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended. If he stated that Buyer requested or Problem with buyer's address, which is false, he can be reported.
