Buyer cancelled order after auction ended because he sent it to PSA for his private collection???
After winning an auction, at a competitive price for the sportscard) the seller, kdoszak4698 aka Dozy's, cancelled the order, issued a refund and claimed that he sent it into PSA instead to add it to his personal collection. Is there any recourse to leave a review or report unethical selling practices. I would hope this hasn't happened before or again in the future. Any suggestions?
Our community is anchored in trust, honesty and integrity and I find this seller not to abide by any of these.

-Go to the item in your Purchase history and see if the Leave Feedback option is there.
-Sadly, eBay will not be able to do anything about this but you can try reporting the Seller: Report an issue with a seller | eBay
-Fact: Not all Buyers OR Sellers play by the rules ...
