Buyer cancelled but then changed his mind.
Buyer bought, immediately cancelled. Now wants to undo cancellation. Do I just decline the cancellation?

·2 years agoYes, you can. But there might be issues if s/he hasn't paid and then fails to pay in getting it cancelled for non-payment. And if s/he has paid consider whether you can still meet your on-time shipping ("handling time") deadline. The whole 1 hour cancellation thing (which is just a special request that doesn't result in the transaction actually being cancelled unless the seller accepts or unless the buyer didn't pay AND the seller doesn't respond in 3 days) was badly (or barely) thought through when eBay rolled it out and I don't know that they have ever done anything to fix the issues.
