Buyer cancelled an order but still got the item- How?
I was looking over my financials for 2025 and saw that my buyer bought an item and then somehow cancelled it and got refunded. I know they got the item- He left me feedback! But I didn't get paid. How is this possible and what can I do? It was over 90 days ago.

Mentor8 months agoHe may have left feedback without realizing it. Do you still have the item? If you agreed to the cancellation, both you and the buyer would have been refunded and you wouldn't have been notified to ship.
