Buyer cancellation with no refund
I bought a bike off a dealer and he said he can’t ship it in one piece however I told him that I don’t want it taken apart as I am not mechanically inclined. He the asked me if I could cancel the order which I can not from my end. After that he said I will get this taken care of. I received a fedex tracking number and it says the bike shipped on the fourth of February but I am seeing no progress as I have been tracking it and it’s going nowhere. What do I do in this situation. The post for the bike said no refunds but I’m out $465.43 and the dealer has quit communicating with me and there is no progress in the tracking and shipment of the bike. What do I do EBay ?

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days (REGARDLESS OF THE SELLER'S RETURN POLICY) from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
