Buyer Cancellation Fees?
Does anyone know if the seller is penalized with a fee when a buyer initiates a cancellation? I seem to be charged with a 10% fee. Also, ebay seems to deduct the fund from my payout without it ever arrived, so it appears to be a 100% loss. Thanks in advance for any pointer.

Mentor1 year ago@su9er If you are looking at the gross sale amount then that includes the sales tax the buyer paid. eBay refunds the buyer for the sales tax. You get your sellers fees back.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
