Buyer cancellation do I still pay as fees?
Hi a buyer requested a cancellation, and the system is asking I pay $11 (equivalent to the ad fee), is this correct? I come out of pocket for a buyers cancellation?

Mentor2 years agoOn a cancellation eBay only refunds the Final Value Fees but not any promotional fees you had on the listing. Any promotional fees you use are non refundable once charged.
