Buyer canceled purchase after I accepted Best offer
I received a Best Offer for an item over $300. I accepted the offer on January 1 but the listing never showed as an Order. It was showing on My Ebay as Payment Pending. As of 4:00 today the Payment Pending is gone and the item has been re-posted for sale.
I thought a Best Offer is an agreement to purchase, why was this buyer able to cancel without contacting me. Every Best Offer I've put in on a listing I've been charged as soon as the seller accept's my offer yet this didn't happen with this offer.
