Buyer can not select local pickup instead of shipping during checkout
The item is listed for shipping and local pickup. Buyer says they can not get past the shipping charge section and select a local pick. Is it their responsibility to select local pickup instead of shipping at checkout?
I made that an option (sliding button is blue) in the listing. I have lost two sales because they could not choose local pickup instead of shipping at check out.

Maybe the buyer isn't going far enough?
Whether I click 'Buy It Now' or add the item to my cart and click Check Out, local pickup is there at the bottom of the list of shipping options.

Mentor1 year agoWhat is one of the listings with shipping and local pickup? All of the listings that I have clicked on showing local pickup states the item is only available for local pickup. I am located in Anaheim.

✓ If you give me the eBay Item Number for the listing, I can look at it and provide some advice.
It's the buyer's responsiblity to check out with the correct delivery method (local pickup).
In most cases, the buyer will pay when they checkout.
At pickup, they will inspect the item and if it's satisfactory, present you with the QR Code or 6 digit code they get from eBay.
That code signals to eBay that they picked up the item.
If they don't pickup, they could get a refund.
