Buyer can’t pay
Sold an item today and buyer said it won’t let him pay. Asked for an invoice. I sent him one. He still can’t get eBay to let him pay. Any advice for him. Not sure what’s going on.

-Check the Buyer's Feedback history and make sure they are based in the US, if not and the item is not being offered with International shipping then they cannot pay
-The Buyer may have reached their monthly Buying limit, they would be blocked from purchasing
-The Buyer may have 2 or more Unpaid item strikes on their account, they would be blocked from purchasing
-The buyer may be setting you up to try and get you to sell off eBay by asking to send their payment to your PayPal account and want your email address ... this is a scam
