Buyer can’t make offer
A buyer messaged me stating they can’t submit an offer because it gives them an error that I don’t ship to their address- but I have the listing set up to ship anywhere in the US. They’re in the US. How can I fix this?

What is the weight and the package dimensions you have on the actual listing of that 4K sewing machine? I should be able to see the shipping cost on the listing based on my location in relation to your but I see nothing ... it states "Shipping not specified". Who did you select as the carrier? FedEx? UPS? USPS?
I see you are using the No returns accepted setting, that will potentially get you in trouble and you will lose flexibility on a return if a Buyer decides to scam you out of the item by filing a false return claim for either Arrived damaged or Not as described. BOTH of those return claims bypasses your No returns accepted policy and eBay will issue the Buyer a pre paid return shipping label and take the money for the label out of your account. They could send a brick back to you int he box instead of the sewing machine and ultimately you would have to refund the Buyer.
Additionally, ANY sale over $ 1,000 eBay will hold your money for up to 30 days which means if a Buyer filed a bogus return BEFORE you have been paid you will still have to Refund the Buyer before you get paid ...
You can Accept returns and have things set up so the Buyer pays the return shipping and here is a link to your Seller Protections: Seller protections | eBay
You can also consider selling that item via Local Pick up ONLY and accept cash at pick up ... then you are protected against getting scammed.
