Buyer can’t initiate a return
I have a buyer who had previously submitted an item not received case, but it was delivered. There were weather delay delays. The buyer would like to return the item, but is not able to find a way to initiate the return and I don’t see a way to initiate it on my end. Any help?

After the case is closed then they should be able to file a return request.
If you have already refunded and just need to send a shipping label go to pirateship.com and buy a label abd save it as a Jpg. You can send the label in eBay messages only as a jpg and not a pdf.
