Buyer Can’t Check Out
I recently had two separate buyers message me telling me they can’t checkout because the eBay system is telling them I won’t ship to them. Both buyers are located in the United States, as am I. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Please share the item number or link to the listing that you are having problems with. I don't see any active or sold listings for you on eBay.com either.

·11 months agoThat item looks ok to me. It shows Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, and I was able to add it to my cart and go to checkout. I suppose it could have had an error at the last step, but I obviously didn’t plan on actually purchasing it. The settings looked correct to me.

I don't see anything for sale on this ID of yours, did you inadvertently list the items on a different eBay domain like Canada, UK, Etc.?
That error message can often result from a mistake made in your shipping section for either shipping method, weight or package dimensions.
