Buyer buyer says 2 of the same doll sent for a set of three. Buyer asking for an additional doll.
so this buyer Is claiming they got two of the same dolls in a set of 3. The actual purchase was over two weeks ago, and my inventory is correct.
Also None of my other buyers have complained about Getting the wrong doll this which means it’s unlikely That someone got the wrong doll. Because I am completely out of dolls, and no one else is complained which means everyone got what they should have.
I asked the buyer To send me a picture of all three dolls that she received on the day that she complained. She waited an entire week And sent me a picture on Christmas Eve of the duplicate dolls she got. Not a photo of all three together So I can see that she literally opened a box and took a picture of what she got. She had a whole week to compensate and figure this out.
I’m very skeptical of additional product to her. What do you think?

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to have the buyer go to his/her Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. S/he will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. The buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the box, and has the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund the buyer within 2 days. If no refund, the buyer goes back to the case and clicks on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
