Buyer Broke Item wants refund
The buyer broke the item I sent. I wrapped the item carefully. It was my 173rd sale and have only positive reviews until this person. I can't get a hold of ebay to report this buyer. How do I resolve? I know buyer is in the wrong.

Did the buyer file a Return Request with a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee?
