Buyer bought two items that don't fit in one box - I can't separate them in shipping!?

Can't figure this one out.

I listed two similar items and in the description explained they are too large to combine shipping.

Buyer bought both at same time and paid for them at the same time.

When I go to print shipping label for either one, they are both listed on the packing list. The weight was automatically adjusted and is the combined weight of the two items.

I can't find anywhere to undo this combined shipping and I don't have a box large enough to ship them together. Any suggestions?

You can't charge the buyer more for shipping, if you didn't have shipping set up correctly to charge full price for each, but you can still ship them separately. Create the first label, then you will see the option to purchase a second label.
