Buyer bought item and wants to do local pickup. He only wants the code out of the box/no pickup
Since he is not doing an actual pickup, how do I get transaction number so I will receive payment?

At minimum, you have to get the 6 digit code from him, before you give him anything. Otherwise you cannot prove you delivered anything to him.
