Buyer bidding but not paying multiple times
I've got a buyer that has bid on couple of items now and he does not pay after winning the bid. I put him on the blocked buyers list, but he won another auction today. Not sure how he was able to bid... Instead of waiting the 5 days to cancel to relist due to non-payment. I just canceled the order.
Will this hurt me any anyway as a seller? I left feedback on his account and there was another seller that also left feedback saying buyer did not pay. The account is brand new and currently only has 2 feedback, one from me and one from the other seller. I think he is doing this to tie up items..

If you canceled the order for non-payment, as long as you select the correct reason (“buyer hasn’t paidâ€), it won’t count against your seller performance. You did the right thing by blocking the buyer, but sometimes they can slip through if using a new account or if the block wasn’t updated before the auction ended.
Leaving honest feedback is helpful for the community and signals to eBay there’s a pattern. For repeated non-payment, eBay does take this seriously—especially if you and others are reporting it. You can also contact eBay support and request they investigate the account for abuse (sometimes buyers use multiple or new accounts to get around blocks).
If you want faster help or want to escalate, you can request a callback from eBay here:

Non-paying bidders are frustrating, but as long as you follow the cancellation steps and block, it shouldn’t hurt your account.
