Buyer assigned additional charges due to seller under paying shipping carged
I purchased an item and paid for the item and shipping. The day I was notified my purchase was being delivered, I found a note from USPS that I had to pay additional shipping charges because the seller under paid shipping.
who is responsible for this charge?

Mentor4 months agoTake a photo of the Postage Due notice and send it to your seller. You can go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction and click CONTACT SELLER.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
If the seller will not send you the postage due, you can mark the package Refused-Return to Sender. That is the only reason for refusing a package. Once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you in full.
