buyer asks for refund through credit agency instead of ebay
buyer says item wasn't as described but gives no detail. ebay seems to want me to refund without getting my item back or without knowing what wasn't as described. The buyer claims he didn't know how to contact me and he doesn't respond to my message. He has 97 positive reviews through ebay. am I getting scammed? Shouldn't he have to return the item?
