buyer asking return on damaged item
sold an item internationally and buyer sent photos of item damaged upon arrival. i stated in my description there are no refunds or returns. there was insurance for 100 dollars included in the shipping price. im not sure how to proceed...Kim

Your return policy is superseded by eBay's Money Back Guarantee when the buyer receives an item that is not as described.
Ask the buyer to open a return using the option next to the order in his Purchase History and choose the reason doesn't match the description or damaged. You can either pay for the return shipping if you want the buyer to send the broken item back to you or you can just refund and save the cost of shipping. In either case the refund is the buyer's original payment.

You need to attach photos of the damaged item and the package so USPS can make a decision on whether they deem the packaging to be sufficient.
