Buyer asking for return
I have sold a phone on ebay and now the seller is asking for a refund, saying he thought the phone had a screen cover for new phone, even though in the pictures there was not.
Now ebay is making me accept return even if my listing didn’t accept return.
How can I make ebay understand that the listing was as described and it was the seller who thought otherwise.

If the buyer stated "not as described" when they filed the Return Request, you will be required to approve the return request, provide the prepaid return shipping label and then refund when you receive the returned item.

OP3 years agoI didn’t accept returns in my listing. How can i be asked for returns.
Also, the listing is accurate as per the pictures and I cannot bear the cost because the buyer sought otherwise.
Now ebay has refunded the seller and is making me pay back but i did not receive the product.
what to do?

Your "no returns" policy is overridden by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.
Under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, if the buyer states the item is not as described, the seller is supposed to approve the return request. If you refused, the buyer had the right to ask Ebay to step in to help.
When Ebay steps in, they can issue a refund to the buyer and let them keep the item, and you will be charged the amount of the refund.
