Buyer asking for free items
Had a customer purchase a card, then he proceeded to tell me how he wanted it packaged and oh can you send 2 extra top loaders and penny sleeves. I have never had this come up before. I could see doing it for a regular customer or for someone who just bought a lot of items. It was just a $5.00 card.

Mentor2 years agoYou can just reply that his purchase includes the card as described in the listing and that you don't offer those items for sale or as a gift. Then thank him for his business.
Alternatively, if you DO have the items and want to sell them, you could create a bundle listing for whatever price makes sense, and advise him that he can purchase those items bundled together under item # xxxxxxxxxxxx if he is interested.
