buyer asking for a refund
the buyer says he doesn't received the qty of pieces he placed on order and he is asking for refund more than the amount ebay will pay to me for the sale

Mentor1 year agoYou cannot refund more than the buyer paid. Just tell them to return the items for a full refund to see if they are just really serious or trying to pull a fast one. Do not refund until they have returned the items and you know they are all there.
